REMANUFACTURED FICMS
Grizzly Performance FICMS specializes in remanufacturing Ford 6.0L FICMs using superior quality components while paying meticulous attention to detail. We also provide FICM repairs, 58V upgrades, and Power Hungry Performance upgrades.

We troubleshoot, test, and repair both the main board and the power supply down to the component level. We repair both 4 screw and 7 screw power supplies.

FICM REPAIRS
While we specialize in remanufactured FICMs, we also provide a repair service if you would like your own FICM repaired.

We have repaired well over 3,000 FICMs with 8+ years of experience specializing in FICM repairs and modifications.

FICM TESTING WITH OUR BENCH-TOP ENGINE SIMULATOR
We test all of our FICMs with a proprietary bench-top engine simulator. The FICM is load tested with 6.0L injectors in order to re-create actual load conditions. We also simulate relevant engine parameters such as temperature variability, from cold start to normal running temperature. This procedure ensures that FICMs are tested within a range of essential sequences of startup, warm up, and variable driving conditions.

If you’re not sure if you need to replace or repair your FICM, we can test your FICM for $39 (plus the cost of shipping). If you choose to go ahead and replace or repair your FICM, the testing fee will be deducted from the total cost of your purchase.

58V UPGRADE
Want even more power and higher performance from your FICM? A 58V upgrade provides better overall power and improves cold starts. The additional voltage increases engine performance and minimizes misfires. It also creates a stronger pull on the spool valve and advances the injection timing, which leads to better performance and fuel economy. Grizzly FICMs utilize proprietary modifications that make the 58V upgrade reliable and free of error codes.

PHP PERFORMANCE UPGRADES
Boost your FICM’s performance with a Power Hungry Performance software upgrade.

- Resolves many cold-start issues
- Usually results in more MPG
- Improves tip-in throttle response
- Results in better overall drivability
from idle up through 3500 rpm
- Proven performance gains up to 100 HP
- Eliminates annoying injector post buzz
- Works with most ECM tuning

ECONOMY – Improved throttle response and economy without any significant power gains. Good for all applications, but generally used when the ECM has a high horsepower tune and additional fueling is not desired.

ATLAS 40 – Improved throttle response and economy with a 40 HP gain. Useful for mild to heavy towing or when excessive exhaust gas temps (EGTs) are a concern. Good for trucks without head studs.

ATLAS 80 – Improved throttle response and economy with an 80 HP gain. Best for daily driving or very light towing.

HERCULES – Maximum performance with a 100+ HP gain. Not recommended for towing as it can increase EGTs. It’s recommended you run an EGT probe to monitor temps. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR TRUCKS WITHOUT HEAD STUDS.

All PHP purchases include a free FICM performance test to ensure output voltage is correct under load and all injectors are firing.

Core Return Options
You have 3 options for core return: EXPRESS, CORE SWAP or NO CORE.

1) EXPRESS: We will immediately send you a Grizzly FICM and you agree to send us your core within 30 days. We will temporarily charge your card $250 for a core charge and will refund the $250 core charge if we receive the core within 30 days. *It is your responsibility to send us your core.

Express Core Return Terms:
- If we receive the core within 30 days, we will issue a full refund of $250
- If we receive the core between 31 and 59 days, the refund will be reduced to $200.
- After 60 days, no core refund will be issued.

2) CORE SWAP: There is no core charge involved with this option. We must receive your core BEFORE we ship your FICM. We will send you a Grizzly FICM once we have received your FICM core or a tracking number.

3) NO CORE: You don’t send us a core and agree to pay a core charge of $250.

*Please ship your FICM core carefully. Use proper packing material, etc. If the core is not packaged carefully and the connector is broken, we will deduct $75 from your core return.

*If you choose EXPRESS as a Core Return Option, we will send you a Core Return Form when we send your new FICM. Please include the Core Return Form when you send in your core. We recommend you use the same box and packing material.

4 SCREW VS 7 SCREW FICM?
We repair both 4 screw and 7 screw FICMs. The 7 screw FICMs were used in 2003 - early 2004 model trucks. 4 screw FICMs were used in 2004 - 2007. They are interchangeable; with the correct strategy, your truck won’t know the difference.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
All Grizzly FICMs are covered by a Standard 1 year warranty. An Extended 2 year warranty is available for an additional $50. A Lifetime warranty is available for $100.
