If your FICM is under warranty and you suspect you might be having trouble with your FICM, please send us your FICM to be tested:

After testing the FICM, we will contact you with the results and let you know if you need a repair/replacement.

You must cover the cost of shipping the FICM to us to be tested. The test is free and covered under your warranty. If the FICM tests bad, we will refund the cost shipping (both ways, based on USPS Priority Mail costs) and send you a repair or replacement, per your warranty.
