REMANUFACTURED FORD 6L FICMS
Our remanufactured FICMs are more than just a repair. We troubleshoot, test, and repair both the main board and the power supply down to the component level using superior quality components, while paying meticulous attention to detail. Each “reman” is thoroughly cleaned and sandblasted. Connectors are replaced, if needed.

FICM TESTING - BENCH-TOP ENGINE SIMULATOR
We test all of our FICMs with a proprietary bench-top engine simulator. The FICM is load tested with 6.0L injectors in order to re-create actual load conditions.

We also simulate relevant engine parameters such as temperature variability, from cold start (0˚) to normal running temperature. This procedure ensures that FICMs are tested within a range of essential sequences of startup, warm up, and variable driving conditions.

58V UPGRADE
Want even more power and higher performance from your FICM? A 58V upgrade provides better overall power and improves cold starts. The additional voltage increases engine performance and minimizes misfires. It also creates a stronger pull on the spool valve and advances the injection timing, which leads to better performance and fuel economy. Grizzly FICMs utilize proprietary modifications that make the 58V upgrade reliable and free of error codes.

Boost your FICM’s performance with a Power Hungry Performance software upgrade.

- Resolves many cold-start issues
- Usually results in more MPG
- Improves tip-in throttle response
- Results in better overall drivability from idle up through 3500 rpm
- Proven performance gains up to 100 HP
- Eliminates annoying injector post buzz
- Works with most ECM tuning

ECONOMY – Improved throttle response and economy without any significant power gains. Good for all applications, but generally used when the ECM has a high horsepower tune and additional fueling is not desired.

ATLAS 40 – Improved throttle response and economy with a 40 HP gain. Useful for mild to heavy towing or when excessive exhaust gas temps (EGTs) are a concern. Good for trucks without head studs.

ATLAS 80 – Improved throttle response and economy with an 80 HP gain. Best for daily driving or very light towing.

HERCULES – Maximum performance with a 100+ HP gain. Not recommended for towing as it can increase EGTs. It’s recommended you run an EGT probe to monitor temps. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR TRUCKS WITHOUT HEAD STUDS.
